Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum of 6 months housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience
- familiarity with cleaning equipment and products
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- attention to detail
- commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
- willingness to work Thursday to Monday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- 6+ months housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience especially in hotels, hospitals, or residential facilities
- familiarity with cleaning equipment and products
- desire to work with seniors
Job Duties
- Complete cleaning duties in assigned apartments thoroughly and on schedule, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- responsible for the safe and proper cleanup of bodily fluids from pets and humans
- report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
- sweep, dust mop, and damp mop all flooring in apartments and common hallways, including entry ways and corridors
- clean and sanitize apartment bathrooms, including sinks, tubs/showers, toilets, mirrors, and floors
- dust, wipe, and disinfect furniture and surfaces in living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas within each apartment
- empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to property protocols
- maintain respectful, courteous communication with residents, property staff, and visitors at all times
- follow resident preferences, building policies, and applicable safety, health, and cleanliness regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
