Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
- weekend availability required
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- reliable and punctual
- positive attitude towards resident care and housekeeping
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail
- willingness to learn and participate in training
- ability to interact kindly and respectfully with senior residents
Job Duties
- Provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and resident apartments
- interact with residents daily to build positive relationships
- independently handle ongoing cleaning projects and resident requests
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility
- participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
- ensure safe and orderly environments for residents
- follow health and safety guidelines in all cleaning activities
