Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies including paper products, soap, and other essential items regularly
- Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily to foster a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with organizing cleaning tools and equipment
- Follow all company policies and procedures relating to cleanliness and safety
