Job Requirements
- Have a minimum of two years of high school education or equivalent
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work
- Capability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Exhibit dedication to excellent customer service
- Maintain a positive attitude and solve problems efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Complete at least two years of high school education or equivalent
- Possess thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- Assist in laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous, friendly guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for the diverse team and guests
- Work weekends especially Saturdays and Sundays as required
