Job Requirements

  • Completion of training with certification sign-off
  • ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
  • willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time
  • flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • prior cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
  • ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
  • strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
  • clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart
  • self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion
  • practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates
  • perform other duties as assigned
