Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capacity to handle physical aspects of housekeeping duties
- Availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning main entryways, common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators in resident apartments as needed, change bed linens, check heat system filters, turn mattresses with assistance, and empty waste baskets
- Provide deep cleaning of apartments with special attention to carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at tables to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts courteously and clearly
- Return serving cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items, deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- Bus and clear dishes from tables, reset tables and chairs following sanitizing procedures, vacuum carpets
- Complete side work including filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, cleaning coffee makers
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
