Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
- ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
- prior experience in housekeeping preferred
- valid driver's license and proof of insurance if applicable
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong work ethic
- commitment to guest satisfaction
- willingness to comply with all hotel policies and procedures
- ability to follow instructions precisely
Job Qualifications
- Physically fit to perform all housekeeping duties
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- knowledge of industrial laundry and cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Pick-up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily
- pick up assigned cart and supplies from laundry area
- avoid making excessive noise in guest room areas
- prioritize cleaning check-out rooms except for special requests
- report all rooms marked Do Not Disturb to supervisor
- change sheets in every room daily as specified
- follow established cleaning procedures
- return cart to linen room at end of shift
- comply with all management requests
- maintain flexibility regarding work schedule
- report to work on time in proper uniform
- stay informed about daily hotel operations and procedures
- engage actively in achieving guest service score goals
- adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures
- report unusual occurrences to management
- assist colleagues to improve hotel operations
- perform other duties as assigned
- possess valid driver's license and proof of insurance if applicable
