Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- experience in housekeeping and laundry services preferred
- desire to work with seniors
- ability to follow safety protocols and infection control techniques
- willingness to participate in training and team activities

- physical capability to perform housekeeping duties
- ability to respect resident privacy
- valid driver's license if driving company vehicle

Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while meeting or exceeding quality standards
- perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping floors, vacuuming, and sanitizing fixtures
- knock on resident and public restroom doors before entering and respect privacy
- maintain equipment and supplies in clean and orderly condition
- transport supplies including clean and soiled linen to appropriate storage areas
- collect and remove trash maintaining trash receptacles and collection areas clean and sanitary
- collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry following approved procedures
- assist care managers and department coordinators with resident care when requested
- practice positive resident relations and respond to resident requests
- ensure cleaning chemicals are stored and locked when not in use
- comply with safety procedures including PPE and fire safety
- participate in team meetings and training
- contribute to team success and community goals
