Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Completion of elementary education or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Proficiency in speaking and understanding English

- Ability to comply with facility policies and protocols

Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility
- Follow facility policies and directions from the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Ensure the environment is clean, safe, and comfortable for residents and staff
- Support the Montessori-inspired principles of dignity, equality, and respect in interactions
- Participate in maintaining healthy staffing levels through flexible scheduling
- Uphold a positive attitude toward elderly residents
