Job Requirements

- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely

Job Duties
- Enter and prepare the lobby area
- Remove all trash and soiled linen
- Replenish amenities according to operational standards
- Clean the bathrooms
- Dust the room and furniture
- Vacuum the carpets
- Perform rotation cleaning duties such as steam cleaning carpets, spring cleaning, and super cleaning
- Maintain and keep clean his/her work area and cart
- Be responsible for building property in the work area
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Achieve and exceed client satisfaction scores
