Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning entryways and common areas
- Clean and maintain refrigerators, heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages and meals, take orders, and assist with meal service
- Bus and clear tables, reset dining areas according to food service guidelines
- Complete side work such as replenishing supplies and cleaning coffee makers
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
