Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 months in commercial housekeeping or general maintenance experience in property management maintenance
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to interact professionally with coworkers, guests, vendors, and contractors

Minimum 3 months experience in commercial housekeeping or general maintenance in property management

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Yardi, and other relevant applications

Job Duties

Clean models, offices, and all common area amenities including club room, fitness room, business center, conference room, pet spa
Ensure the model tour route is free of debris
Regularly walk the property to maintain cleanliness by removing litter and debris
Support the unit turn schedule with routine cleaning of vacant units
Perform additional duties such as monitoring the parking deck for trash and assisting maintenance with touch-up painting
Report all property and liability incidents to the Service Manager promptly
Understand and apply all safety policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with ADA and OSHA regulations
Learn and safely operate necessary commercial cleaning equipment
