- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift or move cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact respectfully with residents and staff
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, particularly in a healthcare or senior living setting

Job Duties
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a tidy environment
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure that resident rooms are neat and welcoming
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a clean, presentable environment
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and used safely
- Handle laundry and assist with other cleaning tasks as needed
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
- Assist with special cleaning tasks during events or as directed by supervisors
- Maintain a pleasant and respectful atmosphere for residents and staff by demonstrating care in all interactions
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards in all housekeeping duties
- Help with the organization of storage rooms and cleaning supplies
