Job Requirements

No previous cleaning experience required
requires knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
ability to walk and stand throughout the shift
ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently
availability to work weekends
ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
ability to work independently and follow instructions
positive and proactive attitude
dedication to excellent customer service
completion of two years of high school or equivalent
ability to provide attentive and friendly guest service
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
clean guest rooms including vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms
visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
contribute to a positive work environment
comply with hotel cleanliness and safety standards
