Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work full-time hours between 8 am and 4 pm
- availability to work weekend shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- willingness to adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
- reliable and punctual
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- attention to detail and thoroughness
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained
- assist in the laundry room with washing, drying, and folding linen
- assist guests and provide exceptional housekeeping services
- maintain cleanliness standards according to hotel policies
- report maintenance issues to management
- restock cleaning supplies and amenities
- adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
