Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in housekeeping or related field desired
- Ability to adhere to federal, state, and local cleanliness regulations
- Reliable and punctual
- Capable of performing physical tasks required for housekeeping
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
- Maintain the community in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner
- Adhere to guidelines and regulations governing long-term care facilities
- Support the creation of a home-like environment for residents
- Model person-centered care and resident-first values
- Follow directions from department director or supervisor
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
