Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in housekeeping or related field desired
  • Ability to adhere to federal, state, and local cleanliness regulations
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Capable of performing physical tasks required for housekeeping
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Support the creation of a home-like environment for residents
  • Model person-centered care and resident-first values
  • Follow directions from department director or supervisor
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
