Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to engage positively with senior residents
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Availability for part-time shifts
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
Job Qualifications

- Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred but willingness to learn accepted
- Strong sense of cleanliness and organization
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members

- Basic understanding of safety procedures
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping in residents' apartment homes
- Engage with residents to enhance their day during housekeeping visits
- Maintain cleanliness of shared community spaces by removing trash, vacuuming, and disinfecting
- Stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
- Ensure a safe and orderly environment throughout the community
- Report maintenance issues or resident concerns promptly
- Follow safety standards and procedures during all tasks
