Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours if needed

- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain up to four orders at one time

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and empty waste baskets in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments paying special attention to entry areas, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident orders and serve meals and desserts
- Assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, bus and clear dishes, vacuum carpets after meals
- Complete side work including refilling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as assigned
