Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- Capability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Must maintain a positive and cooperative attitude
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help in laundry or cleaning public spaces when necessary
- Respond promptly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests
