Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heating system filters, change bed linens, and ensure linen availability in apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments with special attention to entry areas, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at each table to serve beverages, cereals, and soups or salads
- Review menus with residents, take orders, and serve meals and desserts
- Return cart to kitchen, assist with storage of perishable items, deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Bus and clear dishes from tables after meals, reset tables following sanitizing guidelines, and vacuum carpets
- Complete side work such as refilling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
