Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must be able to work part-time hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Must follow sanitation and safety guidelines
- Basic computer literacy

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including defrosting refrigerators, checking heat system filters, changing bed linens, and managing linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in the laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests while serving beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the service cart
- Review menus, take resident orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with cleaning and resetting tables after meals
