Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or food service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety
- ability to manage multiple tasks and orders
- good organizational and time management skills
- basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- clean refrigerators, heat system filters, change bed linens, and maintain linen supplies
- perform deep cleaning of apartments with attention to detail
- launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- adhere to company sanitation and safety procedures
- greet residents and guests, serve beverages and meals, take meal orders, and serve desserts
- assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays if needed
- bus and clear tables, reset for next meal, and follow sanitizing procedures
- complete side work such as replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment
- perform other duties as assigned
