Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, bend and stretch during daily duties
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work shift
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be able to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- Deliver friendly and courteous service responding promptly to requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold a positive work environment
