Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience beneficial
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including refrigerators, heating filters, changing bed linens, and emptying waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on entry areas, carpets, windows, plants, pictures, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages and meals, take orders, and deliver trays
- Bus and clear tables after meals, reset dining areas, and perform side work such as replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment
- May perform other duties as assigned
