Job Duties
- Assume cleaning responsibilities for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis
- Coordinate and communicate with all housekeeping and other team members to maintain a holistic service perspective
- Keep all areas of the community clean, neat, attractive, and safe for residents, guests, and team members
- Actively engage in supporting, introducing, and implementing activities that maximize each resident's identity, abilities, and interests
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Provide timely and effective communication regarding housekeeping needs and concerns
- Uphold the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living in daily tasks
