Job Requirements
- Minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
- able to stand for extended periods
- may be required to move furniture
- legal authorization to work
- willingness to undergo background checks and comply with company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and carrying
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
- maintain cleanliness of floors, furniture, and fixtures
- follow safety and infection control standards
- handle laundry and linens as required
- report maintenance needs and safety hazards
- ensure supplies are stocked and managed
- collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet community standards
