Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • may be required to move furniture
  • legal authorization to work
  • willingness to undergo background checks and comply with company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and carrying
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
  • maintain cleanliness of floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • follow safety and infection control standards
  • handle laundry and linens as required
  • report maintenance needs and safety hazards
  • ensure supplies are stocked and managed
  • collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet community standards
