Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
Must be able to work flexible schedules including full-time and part-time shifts
Ability to follow safety policies
Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures
Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act and willingness to discuss accommodations

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Commitment to providing respectful and compassionate service to seniors

Job Duties

Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas
Maintain cleanliness and organization of community spaces
Move furniture as required for thorough cleaning
Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding maintenance or repair needs
Adhere to company policies and standards
