Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including full-time and part-time shifts
- Ability to follow safety policies
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures
- Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act and willingness to discuss accommodations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Commitment to providing respectful and compassionate service to seniors
Job Duties
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of community spaces
- Move furniture as required for thorough cleaning
- Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to company policies and standards
