Job Requirements
- no education or work experience required
- ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- preferred one year of environmental services experience
- preferred one year of commercial cleaning experience
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- one to three months related experience and/or training preferred
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- attention to detail
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the facility
- gather and dispose of trash and waste material
- perform terminal cleaning procedures of residents' rooms
- prepare rooms for new occupants
- keep work areas neat and orderly
- clean equipment
- assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
