Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly in english
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- reliable and punctual
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending

Job Duties
- provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming dusting and cleaning common areas
- clean and defrost refrigerators as needed change bed linens and empty waste baskets in resident apartments
- perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets plants pictures railings windows and light fixtures
- launder all linens by washing and drying in laundry facilities
- follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- greet residents and guests and serve beverages cereals soups and salads from the cart
- take resident orders and serve meals and desserts
- assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- bus and clear dishes from tables and sanitize tables and chairs
- complete side work including filling sugar holders replenishing creamers and cleaning coffeemaker
- perform other duties as assigned
