Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and infection control protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments, common areas, and offices of the property
- Follow work and cleaning schedules
- Report hazardous conditions or equipment
- Remove trash and paper from all areas inside the facility
- Maintain assigned work areas in a clean, safe, and attractive manner
- Use appropriate protective equipment and supplies when handling hazardous materials
- Follow proper techniques when mixing chemicals and disinfectants
