Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, change beds and linens, check heating system filters, and empty waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments with focus on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, take meal orders, and serve food and beverages
- Bus and clear tables, reset dining areas, and complete side work such as replenishing supplies
