Job Requirements

No previous cleaning experience required
Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent knowledge, skill, and mental ability
Ability to walk and stand throughout the full shift
Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
Ensure exceptional experiences for guests and diverse team members
Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards
Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
