- Experience or willingness to learn use of specialized cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Inspect, monitor, clean, and maintain resident rooms, indoor and outdoor common areas, employee service areas, sidewalks, and driveways
- Assist with removing snow and ice as directed by supervisor
- Report any environmental situations that could pose a threat to safety or well-being of residents
- Use chemicals and cleaning agents safely and effectively according to regulations
- Complete housekeeping duties in a timely manner including trash disposal, flooring maintenance, and furniture upkeep
- Maintain specialized cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, and pressure washers
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Provide residents with information and assistance when moving or transferring rooms
- Help with packing, unpacking, storing, and moving personal belongings
- Clean resident rooms upon vacancy
- Complete special projects like setup and breakdown for events
- Deliver equipment, supplies, and furniture for residents and activities
