Job Requirements

No previous cleaning experience required
Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
Ability to push, vacuum, reach, bend and stoop during daily work activities
Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work shift

Job Qualifications

Completion of two years of high school or equivalent
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Dedication to excellent customer service

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
Deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service
Contribute to a positive work environment at all times
