Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to interact positively with senior residents
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift during cleaning duties
- Commitment to following health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and team members
- Ability to follow instructions and department cleaning protocols
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends if required
Job Duties
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas such as resident homes, common areas, and dining rooms
- Perform cleaning duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures
- Interact with residents providing courteous and respectful service
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored properly and equipment is maintained
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with special cleaning projects or tasks as assigned
- Follow health and safety regulations consistently
