- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess experience as a housekeeper preferred but not necessary
- Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays or fill in when needed
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with others
- Have reliable and consistent attendance

Job Duties
- Ensure residents' homes and community common areas are exceptionally clean and sanitary
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents
- Uphold Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Communicate effectively and maintain patient and tactful composure with residents, family members, staff, and visitors
- Flexibly work occasional weekends, holidays, or fill-in shifts
- Follow all safety and cleaning protocols
