Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
availability to work full-time, including one weekend day
ability to follow cleaning protocols and use cleaning equipment safely
strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents
ability to pass a criminal background check

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping preferred
personable and friendly with residents
conscientious and detail oriented
ability to pass a criminal background check due to working with a vulnerable population

Job Duties

Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting
clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing
remove dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solution
visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning
interact with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention
