- previous housekeeping experience preferred

- excellent knowledge of cleaning appliances and proper cleaning agent use

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and orderly community appearance
- perform general cleaning and sanitizing in common areas and resident apartments
- ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and employees
- use cleaning appliances and properly apply cleaning agents
- follow written and oral instructions effectively
- support the team in creating a welcoming atmosphere
- report maintenance issues as needed
