Job Requirements

minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
able to stand for extended periods
may be required to move furniture
willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
knowledgeable of cleaning safety protocols and chemical handling
ability to follow instructions and work independently
good communication skills
reliable and punctual
physically able to perform demanding tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

clean resident rooms and common areas
dust and polish furniture and fixtures
vacuum carpets and mop floors
empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
sanitize high-touch surfaces to prevent infection
move furniture as needed for cleaning
restock cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages
