Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to move furniture when necessary
- Must comply with health and safety guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high hygiene standards
- Perform tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Assist with moving furniture to clean effectively
- Support team members with additional cleaning duties as required
