Job Requirements
- education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for an entire work shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- previous housekeeping experience is useful but not necessary

Job Duties
- perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 service attitude
- help in laundry and clean public spaces as needed
- respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
