Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hotel or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to follow safety and security procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping

Job Duties

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag
Comply with company standards and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations
Thoroughly clean and restock required number of guestrooms per shift
Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup
Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager
May be required to disassemble furniture or items in guest room for deep cleaning
