Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
Availability to work Saturday through Wednesday including weekends
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
Willingness to learn and attend required training

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good interpersonal skills for interacting with residents
Flexibility to work Saturday through Wednesday including weekend availability
Ability to follow health and safety protocols

Job Duties

Provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas
Clean and maintain over 200 resident apartments
Interact with residents daily to address their needs and enhance their experience
Independently manage ongoing cleaning projects and respond to resident requests
Follow health and safety regulations during all cleaning activities
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Report maintenance issues and supply needs promptly
