Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
- Must comply with company sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community as a whole and individual resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, change bed linens, and ensure linen supplies in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments including carpets, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve meals and beverages, and assist with meal service
- Bus and clear tables, sanitize dining areas, and complete side work such as replenishing supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
