Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- must have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns of co-workers and guests
- must have strong communication skills
- must have a desire to serve all guests
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled time unless directed otherwise
- must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- must provide sufficient notice when calling out from a scheduled shift
- physically able to perform stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting as part of job duties.

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- support groups and events at the hotel
- answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- greet guests with a smile while cleaning
- complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- ensure accurate and timely shift handover reports
- wear clean approved uniform and be well-groomed
- communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- demonstrate willingness to stretch beyond traditional role to meet business needs
- collaborate to create a welcoming environment
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools
- clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- perform additional cleaning projects as assigned by supervisor
- contribute to management performance ratings and guest satisfaction scores
- participate in spot checks and leadership walk-throughs
- track checklist completion for quality assurance
- adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
