Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation if required
- Availability to work part-time during first shift
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartment homes including dusting vacuuming sweeping scrubbing mopping waxing disinfecting and washing windows
- Empty trash waste and other disposable materials and transport to disposal area
- Assist care staff with cleaning lobby restrooms hallways elevators stairwells and common spaces
- Report needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for residents and their families
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly and safely
