Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
good physical health and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
legal authorization to work in the country
strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Job Qualifications

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

clean guest rooms and common areas efficiently and thoroughly
respond promptly and politely to guest requests
follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment
report any maintenance issues or damages to the management
restock room supplies and amenities as required
maintain laundry services and linen inventory
collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction
