Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including changing linens, defrosting refrigerators, and checking heat system filters
- Perform deep cleaning duties focusing on entry areas, carpets, plants, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, take meal orders, and serve meals and beverages
- Bus and clear dishes from tables, sanitize dining areas, and complete side work and cart maintenance
