Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to interact kindly and respectfully with senior residents
- Successful completion of a criminal background check

- Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping preferred
- Personable and friendly with residents
- Conscientious and detail oriented
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check due to working with a vulnerable population
Job Duties
- Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting
- Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing
- Remove dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solutions
- Visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning
- Interact with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention
