Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean resident apartments including refrigerators, heat system filters, bed linens
- Perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on main entry areas and common spaces
- Launder linens using community laundry facilities
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Serve residents by greeting and serving beverages, soups, salads and meals
- Bus and clear dining tables, reset and sanitize tables and chairs
- Perform additional assigned duties as required
